Bachmann (China) ACF 36' 6" 10,000-Gallon Single-Dome Tank Car

Features on this 2011 model include separate handrails and ladders, detailed brake rigging, air cylinders, and brake wheel, and body-mounted E-Z MateŽ Mark II couplers.

I'm not sure what exact prototype this car might be based on (if any), but it looks a bit like cars used in the 30s and 40s. The wide dome (or manway) identifies it as a non-pressurized tank car. Cars such as these were used to transport gasoline, kerosene, home-heating oil and other petroleum products.
